Phone screen with recruiter was good. Lead to a teams interview with a few members of the team, one of which did not seem at all engaged in the interview, as if they wanted it to hurry up. Based on their questions and general demeanor, it almost felt like it was pre-determined that they didn't think I would be a fit before we had the call. Definitely felt like a waste of my time and theirs.
Great Process! Can’t wait for my seconds screening call. Everyone I have talked to so far has been so lovely and helpful throughout this process including recruiters and the potential people who may be on my team if they hire me!

the interview had fairly common questions - go in knowing optimizations and lean in heavily in your desire to keep learning within programmatic. definitely ask about WLB on the account as that will make or break your experience
