The process started great. I enjoyed meeting the recruiter and manager and I thought that both interviews went well. I met with a C-Suite member for the third step and it was difficult to tell how the interview went because they were off camera. It's now been weeks and despite my follow-up request, I haven't heard a thing from anyone. Regardless of the offer outcome, the silence after the third interview has left me with a negative image of the company.
