Pathetic. The hiring manager was interrupting and seemed to be uninterested hearing me. Previously I have an experience leading a team and have no in depth skills on licensing to which I honestly informed that I would be able to learn and take up training. He demotivated by saying the team members knows more than you who are freshers and are from engineering background. Of course the candidate expects the interviewer to be transparent but not to insult. There is a difference between providing constructive feedback and insulting based on our experience and skills. If my profile did not match, why was I part of the final round of the interview after clearing all the previous rounds?
