First step was a 30min phone interview with the HR answering regular stuff, after a week a 30min phone interview was done with hiring manager, then HR called again to arrange an 1hr on-site interview with hiring manager, finally received an offer and negotiated to finalized everything.

It was bit long process, took more than a month and 4-5 interviews. they called for interviews multiple times, it was mixed between Pune and onshore, mostly technical and process related Qs.
