Extremely Unusual Interview Process
The interview process began with the distribution of a highly generic job description that lacked any specific details regarding the expected work. The interview comprised two rounds.
The first round was conducted with the Executive Director of Data Science. During this round, the interviewer frequently interrupted the interviewee, not allowing for complete responses. The interviewer posed a single question, which was not clearly framed, and asked the interviewee to complete the question and provide an answer. Despite the interviewee’s efforts to clarify the question or address relevant doubts, the interviewer continued to interrupt. The interview was abruptly terminated by the interviewer before its conclusion.
