The interview process is fairly common and what you would expect. A recruiter will reach out for a phone screening. If you move to the next round it is normally a virtual interview with the hiring manager, and then a virtual interview with the hiring manager and another manager in that field. The last round is normally the top candidate, maybe the top 2 go on to an interview with the Regional Manager.
