Entretien
Very lengthy process: 4 weeks to get to the first round of interviews out of 3. The entire process is managed via a "bot" that schedules meetings and any email sent to recruters to ask questions or clarifications is wasted effort, they never reply. As a result:
- I never got to know the interview structure (i.e. competency, behavioural etc....) or any info that would have helped me prepare;
- I was scheduled an interview date (by a bot) without asking for my availability;
- I was set to be interviewed by one person and then, without any warning I found myself in a 2 to 1 panel interview with two different people;

- Give me an example on one time your project got stuck and you had to take action
Had a nice discussion with recruiter. Was excited to bring someone having entrepreneurial and real consulting experience to the fore. Met with team members (hiring manager?) and didn't get a great vibe. There is this mantra in the consulting world - "watch your back". I think this is what they had in mind. Don't think they are risk takers at all.

The interview process was unstructured and rushed. The interviewers seemed hurried and did not take the time to truly understand the candidate's experience, approaching the interview with a predetermined mindset.
