2 rounds on the same day, first behavioral part, second 2 tasks to solve. The same questions are used for all candidates so it is scripted behavioral interview. Questions are related to people managment, conflict managment and performance review of your potential team. Afterwards the presentation is a panel, you need to explain how you would approch the issue and respond to the questions

Site head was attending phone call during the interview and also stepped out of the interview room. There were multiple rounds of interviews, process took six months, approval for hiring is very slow and too many people involved from HR
