Entretien
Applied online (via glassdoor). Got an email response from their talent acquisition member asking to schedule a phone interview the following week (behavioral and confirming you have the minimum experience and education requirements). Went well and got an email saying they want to set up an on-site interview. On site interview happened a week later with a team manager. Got a phone call the following morning that they'd like to offer me the position.

Entretien
A recruiter will reach out via email requesting to connect through the phone. The recruiter will perform the initial interview, then Human Resources will follow up if selected as a potential candidate. Human Resources will arrange the panel interview with managers and team leads. If selected, Human Resources will reconnect with an offer.

Entretien
The interview process is two-tier. A call with a recruiter then with an interview team. The recruiter was extremely helpful and real with me. She painted the job description as bleak as possible and then we built a relationship from there. She told me that she was recommending me to the next round during our phone interview and that made me feel confident.
