I applied for the position online. I received a phone call asking if I was still interested in the position. After saying yes, an interview at the plant was scheduled. The interview process was around 3.5 hours. It consisted of 4 separate interviews; 3 one on one interviews and 1 three on one interview. The first interview was with the Operations Manager. The second interview was with the Manufacturing Supervisor. The third interview was with three shift supervisors and the final interview was with an HR representative. The process was exhausting and time consuming but not difficult. Each interviewer asks some of the same questions but they throw in their own questions.
