It was 1st round of telephonic round followed by day long 4 rounds of interview at Novartis Hyderabad. The HR team is really useless and do not care whatever they would have promised initially and their HR lead doesn't look at your current CTC and though they promise that they will provide 35-40% hike, after interview process, their HR lead will neglect that they do not follow such practice. It was a total waste of my effort going there for interview.

The interview was easy. I believe they are majorly looking for folks who have basic pharma domain. The interview had 3 rounds. First was technical, second was managerial/ fit round and third was the HR Round

4 rounds of interview, 3 technical and one managerial discussion. All rounds were of moderate level. Depending on the team you are going to work with, you can expect to write some code in your preferred language.

HR is good. offer letter was shared once the process is cleared. overall good experience and friendly people
