I had 4 rounds of interviews. The first round was with Talent Acquisition, which included a brief description of the role and my previous experience to determine suitability for the role. The second and third rounds were with the hiring managers and team members, and included a more detailed description of the role and a deeper dive into my previous experience. These rounds included multiple situational, behavioral and technical questions. The fourth round was with the manager of a different team, and focused more on behavioral questions to ensure alignment with company values.
