There appear to have been three stages: the first was with HR online, the second was online with the Hiring Manager and HR, and the third was with the team (possibly) onsite. I believe that an interview is a two-way process, with the interviewer representing the company; however, she arrived late and was very impolite, which was surprising given the size of the company.
