I was referred, which seemed to put me past a couple of the rounds of interviewing. The actual interview was actually really enjoyable compared to my interviews with companies like Boeing and Amazon. The interviewers actually made me want to work with them. The questions were mainly trying to see if you knew what was in your resume, and there were some small technical questions, but nothing too difficult.
