J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman (Los Angeles, CA) en juill. 2022
Entretien
Interviewed for a position at one of the locations in the Los Angeles area. The interview itself consisted of a phone interview and an in-person interview. Both were very high-level and very easy. It was basically just a discussion of my work history and the responsibilities of the position. After the interview I received an offer the next day. However, the offer only had a salary attached with no additional info on benefits or additional compensation (stock options, etc). The offer also had a deadline of less than 5 business days. I reached out to HR to discuss the additional benefits (and a potential relocation bonus - I would have to move to LA from out of the area) and received a boilerplate response (one day after the deadline for accepting the offer). I reached out again and was completely ghosted by HR. I received no further communication from anyone at Northrop for over a year. About a year later HR reached back out to ask about my reasons for declining the offer and if I was willing to discuss them. I responded back saying I was willing to discuss and then was promptly ghosted again. Seems like they desperately need people but I'm not sure if it's worth dealing with their HR department.

Thorough and standard interview to assess your level. Mainly asked me to introduce myself and what kind of experience I have. After the interview, I was given an offer in a week.
had a call with Hiring manager and we discussed projects and coursework in wireless communications, some behavioral questions, why the company, and in general it was pretty standard interview for an entry level role
Applied online, got a screening call, then a phone call/teams call with a team of engineers who asked technical and behavioral questions, then got offer after this was all done.
