Applied online, contacted by recruiter about a week later for a 20 minute phone screen, going over general job details & salary. Then scheduled a one hour phone interview with the team a few days later, they asked mainly STAR questions related to behavior and experience. Got the offer about a week later, and unfortunately there was no room for negotiations. Overall experience was easy and stress free.
