My main issue with this process is that I received a verbal offer, but my recruiter proceeded to go on medical leave immediately after giving me the verbal one. I received no communication and called HR recently to see she’s still on medical leave, and there’s been nobody else to cover for the interns she’s meant to be handling. Worst process, and I’ve given up on the company.

behavioral interview, talked about technical projects but there was no leetcode involved, just talked about technical concepts like OOP and some Java questions. Got interviewed by another software engineer working there already

Easy, process without any technical. Submitted application on an online posting and received an email to schedule an interview two weeks later. 30 minute to an hour-long interview with questions on resume work and project experiences.
the interview for my swe internship was a simple behavioral to talk about projects and whatnot, along with giving time to ask about the company and the manager's experience and what they like about the company
