I applied online. It took about 1.5 months to hear back. Hiring manager emailed me and scheduled a phone interview since I was in anther city. Interview lasted only about 15-20 minutes. Next day, the department head called me and phone interviewed me for about 15 minutes. Questions were pretty standard. They asked me a bit about my knowledge of the company and position and then proceeded to tell me about the position requirement and responsibilities. The process was comfortable and not very stressing. Both hiring manager and department head were very friendly and professional.
