I had about two interviews with Northrop Grumman throughout my job search process. One time it was a video interview and the other time it was a phone interview. My video interview didn't go too well because it was my very first interview and I didn't know what to expect. I aced my second interview, being able to answer the questions correctly, only to find out that the hiring manager hired someone from within. Overall, it has been a great experience and I am expecting to get hired soon.
