Structured. I knew when and who would be on the call based on an email received a few days prior. Time allotted was accurate. Spent time discussing the role, the company, and my career aspirations.
There was a short video call with a hiring manager. They were very friendly, mostly walked through your resume, asked you some behavioral based questions, and asked about you (hobbies, school, etc).
Amazing process, smooth and recruiter scheduled them very well. Definitely have your resume known inside and out. The technicals were medium difficulty, Be as well spoken as you can, iterate your points clearly.
