J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman (Trenton, NJ) en févr. 2020
Entretien
Initial phone screen with manager where we discussed my experience/history. He asked me to put together a technical presentation, which I presented the following week at a panel interview. Presentation took up half the interview, they liked it, asked a few more questions regarding FEA, and that was it

Its a long process. Submit resume, then wait a few weeks to a couple months. Initial phone screening. Wait a couple more weeks, then talent acquisition schedules in person interview. Consists of a few panels of 3-6 people. One group assess personality/culture fit. Another group asks technical questions. Contacted again by talent acquisition a week or so later to discuss offer details.

J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA) en avr. 2017
Entretien
Process took a little while. Submitted resume on-line, also gave it to contacts currently working for NGC. Took a while to hear anything back. Not sure which path got me in.
Phone call with recruiter first, then hiring manager 1-2 weeks later, then heard back about in person interview after another 1-2 weeks. Original interview was scheduled 2 weeks later, but I was able to get it moved sooner because I was considering another offer. Recruiters are easy to work with and they try to help you out.
