I had a phone interview and the hiring manager was very nice. He asked a lot of behavioral questions, mainly teamwork questions. I sadly didn't get the position because it didn't match my background, but the hiring manager was kind enough to forward my resume to someone else. I have another interview in a few days.

Went through two rounds on interviews, one online and the second one on-site. Both interviews were with the hiring manager and two lab leads. Nothing too technical was asked besides basic questions about how certain instruments could be used.
