In person, asked questions about system engineering, school, interests etc. This was done with two interviewers, they wanted someone with experience in systems engineering. Also, make sure to dress nicely and be prepared to speak about your resume.

Mainly behavioral questions, asked to walk through resume and previous experience. Asked about the types of roles I was interested in to forward my resume to other teams as well. Interviewer was very friendly and professional.
