The interview process was actually quite pleasant. The panel was informative and seemed to show interest in my skills. Unfortunately, the followup wasn't all that great. An individual told me that I should expect a callback (whether I got the position or not) between 1-2 weeks. That phone call never came and I called at least once a week to show them initiative. Just today, they finally updated the status of my application to" No Longer Under Consideration". Communication is lacking on their end and it shows, sadly. Maybe the phone call this morning was the last straw and they did it out of spite.
