The individuals interviewing me were incredibly kind. As a young engineer I was incredibly nervous. And on top of that i was only able to do the interview over skype. The interviewers did a great job filling the conversation and getting me to open up.

First complaint: I secured this interview at a career fair, where I was told I would be contacted soon after with details of a specific position I'd interview for based on my interest and background. 10 days later, and only at my reminding them, did they finally tell me which position I'd actually be interviewing for. This was less than 48 hours before the interview.
Second complaint: the position they had me interview for had nothing to do with the interests I expressed to the recruiter at the career fair. Either he didn't listen or didn't care that the position they were looking to fill was completely unrelated to the interests I expressed. If the latter was the case, a good recruiter will simply say so upfront.
Third complaint: They sent a misleading email prior to the interview. It said the interview would be primarily behavioral, but it turned out to be a purely technical interview. Fortunately, I was prepared for a technical interview anyway, but their pre-interview info was misleading.
Overall, this was a waste of both my time and theirs.
