I interviewed by phone only after submitting an online application. An HR Rep called to set up the phone interview. The manager was located at another facility. There was no HR screening prior to the manager interview. There was no face-to-face interview. Was offered job about 2 weeks after phone interview. Questions were typical and related to my previous experience and the job requirements.
