Contacted by hiring manager soliciting my interest. Once interest was confirmed, I was requested to fill out a profile. A REQ was created for the position. I applied for the job. Received an email with pre-interview screening questions. Was contacted to do a phone interview. After the phone interview I was brought in to do a face to face. Met with a few different groups of employees two at a time.

Star format questions not too difficult in nature overall studying the star method will make it succesful. Being personable and just a clam individual is great for these sort of interviews.
