J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Northrop Grumman (Auburn, AL) en sept. 2012
Entretien
I went to the Auburn University Technical Job Fair and met with some recruiters from Northrop. I did a brief informal interview with 3 people, one person was a hiring manager, one was an HR representative, and the last was the actual location manager I would be working under. They were really nice and seemed fun. Also, they were energetic about getting someone to fill this position. I scheduled an interview that day to do a formal interview at their facility. I met with potential co-workers and got good understanding of their expectations and the type of work I would be dealing with. I really enjoyed their process. The only thing I did not like was that the HR person (not the person I interviewed with) took 3 weeks to read my email about my employment history she requested which delayed my start date.

Very quick and easy. Applied online their website. was forwarded there from linked in. Very nice. Delt directly with my manager during the hiring prosses then got transferred to a recruiter for my offer
The interview process was professional and well-structured. Interviewers asked thoughtful technical and behavioral questions and clearly explained the role, team responsibilities, and how the position contributes to Northrop Grumman’s mission.

Mostly asked to elaborate on resume experiences, why you think you are fit for the role, etc. Results are not sent via email but through a phone call with your recruiter.
