Northrop Grumman came to visit my college and I got details on how to apply then. I submitted my resume on their website and got an interview 2 weeks later. It was a 45 minute interview in person with 2 managers (not hiring managers, but actual program/project managers). I was asked 6 or 7 complex behavioral interview questions, then time was up. Nothing regarding my resume or skills were even touched upon. Almost every question asked for detailed descriptions of how I responded professionally in highly difficult situations and what the results were. They were friendly and warm people but the questions were intense to answer on the spot.

Behavioral interview nothing out of the ordinary. Interviewed with two young professionals, insisted that the interview be conversational to make the process less stressful for both sides. Had my resume and transcripts printed out and asked questions about them
