Phone Interview, very brief. I was recommended by an employee. Interviewer seemed to only want to know if I was capable. Once accepted, had to complete drug test, background check, and fingerprints. Inconvenient but necessary for a defense contractor of the government.

Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.

Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
