Had a very positive experience with the corporate HR rep. She conducted interview #1 and set up #2 with the hiring manager, a senior-level marketing director. I was told by HR, “Even though it’s a Zoom call, make sure you dress professionally. People think because it’s a Zoom that it’s more casual.” I was shocked to login for the interview to find this senior person doing the interview in a dirty sweatshirt and Golden State Warriors baseball hat. She was embarrassing. Was pretty unprepared to conduct an interview. I’m shocked she is so high up at Nielsen. Completely turned me off to the entire company.
