Process was smooth, Profile was selected from referral as other options usually been neglected by the Organization, then shortlisted candidates was arranged to have an Aptitude assessment followed by Interview rounds based on the profile. Everything was rightly followed but no clear feedback was received even after multiple follow ups through mails and different social platforms. Very dusty local management and ethics for people who applied from outside the state. Very partial with Outside the region Job seeker & unfair practice was followed throughout the process.
