Used to be 4 stages: HR phone call, User Interview, Case Study, Final Presentation then it will be continued by the offering if you passed all of the stages. However, each department will have a different interview approach. I was interviewed during the year of 2012. The case study consists of detailed numbers and questions for the interviewee to be analyzed and presented later to Manager and Director level. Overall, the whole process takes 5-6 weeks if I'm not mistaken and it's quite an interesting one.
