First phone interview, second in-person, Superday with multiple candidates for both business and tech division. A lot of culture-fit Questions, explaining the company philosophy through presentations, etc. CEO and upper management leadership heavily present during the Superday.

Entretien
I was brought in by a recruiter and was impressed with the business model for an early evening interview. I got the feeling that certain departments tended to pull later hours and regularly pull long work days (typical for a start-up environment, and quite familiar to me). The department I interviewed with seemed very youthful and energetic -- I met about 3 different people that confirmed that long work hours wasn't unfamiliar but the company was great. I was brought in for a 2nd interview and met two more people but didn't get the position -- I think they were looking for the right culture fit.
