Phone call then face to face, took ages for them to actually get back to you. when asked they said they were 'too busy with other things' but replied straight away once interview was in process

I was is a Group interview and interviewed with a few other people. Then came back the next day and interviewed with a few other people. The interview was great and helped me learn a lot about the company.
