When the company is telling you they are hiring the best while I have never heard about them before and that in the same time you have never experienced a so easy programming skill test, you know something is going wrong.
They even tell us during the final/last presentation, that they don't hire people that are think they don't have to learn anything from their company. In other words, they don't hire skilled people. Just to give you an idea, the programming questions are roughly about how to compute a sorted array containing only odd numbers from a sorted array...
So if you think you are a below average developer, this company is made for you.
Personally, I didn't make any effort to get the offer and even if I got it, I would have refused it.
My overall interview experience for that company is negative since I didn't learn any useful things for other interviews, except maybe how an easy and useless interview process looks like.
Super Saturday. It's an intense day where you work in a group of 4 to 5 people, trying to show your team work and leadership capabilities. The assessor will be around you all day, analysing everything you do.
Applied through a campus career fair. Received a HackerRank prescreen. Then there was a 30 minutes phone call that is purely behavioral. I can see the interviewer really wanted to know me as a person (asking for examples outside working experience and school work to support my questions.)

Technical questions weren't too hard, it was a lot more on the holistic side. The company believes interest is more important than raw competence, and the interview reflects that.
The first stage is a phone screen by the lead software engineer. This is followed up by a technical test writing a simple webapp with html and PHP, and finally people who pass that are sent to the full day assessment center, which consists of group interviews, technical tests and a individual panel.
