The interview process was rigorous and required on to demonstrate knowledge of the company and its products. it required applicants to demonstrate their knowledge about the actuarial concepts and how they are applied in real life.

In the first step, the interviewer and I introduced ourselves.Then she asked me a few concepts about insurance and many questions about my resume like how I do this project and why I do this.

The interview process includes five 30 minute interviews: most questions asked are behavioral questions. It also has a 30 minute informal chat with 2 former students. Overall it is pretty nice.

Three rounds of interviews, first one is hr interview, second one is manager interview, last round is 6 people back to back interviews. They have minimum gpa requirement. It was very intense.
