The interview process was a series of interview going through the job and trying to see if you would be good at sales. You go through the process and the growth opportunity in the company and they ask you how you fit into the plans.
The interview process included an initial recruiter screening, followed by behavioral and technical interviews focused on financial analysis, Excel, data interpretation, communication skills, and fit with New York Life’s team culture.
