The interview process was long. Your interview will be with the MP. He wil ask you the basic interview questions. Just be yourself during the interview and answer all questions. Come prepared with questions about the company. Be prepared to take a profile test. Also, if they offer you a contract make sure you fully understand it before you accept it. Very nice office.

There was an online assessment and a series of in office interviews. However there were lots of important information that was glossed over or not revealed, There are a lot of cost you most cover in the first year even though you are only commission, example; you have to pay to use an office if their building space. I did original except an offer, I later left due to the miss information presented during the interview process.

Initial interview. Then a personality assessment. Then another interview to discuss the results and an overview of the compensation structure and to ask any questions. Next you fill out an application and review the compensation structure via a sent link. Then the final interview and formal offer.
