Meet with both call center managers.
Speak of past experience, they are look for empathetic agents. Be careful they can try to intimidate and make you feel like a first grader instead of the professional you are.
Management is VERY clique oriented. Like high school older women. Network within the company and meet other departments, its the only way to advance.

It was a pleasant process. This company has very supportive people and great benefits so the interviews were exciting and made you want to work there. They explained the process well and next steps. They ask situational questions so you will need to think critically.

I applied online and received an email about a week later. Scheduled a 15 minute phone interview with a Recruiting Coordinator from Texas, though I had applied for a position in New York. Phone interview was quick and brief.

Entretien
The interview process was great! I interviewed with multiple people, multiple times until my last interview with the CVP. I was relaxed & didn't stress myself with the multiple questions that were asked. Great experience overall!
