About 30 minutes, interviewer went through some questions but it seemed like they were uninterested with what I had to say. Then I got asked weird questions like "how many friends do you have?" "How many best friends do you have?". And at that point I realized maybe they just wanted to milk me for leads.

I Hung up after they admitted that it was a bait and switch. The posted salary will not be the actual salary. every position is commission only and they will say anything to weasel out of what they write on their job ads.
