The interview process was easy. After the interview, the potential employer assigned the applicant to complete the life and health insurance license based on that state. Moreover, interviewer asked about what the interviewee knows about the company and answered any questions that I had about the role.

Very informative interview process. Explained clearly the training process, goals of the job, and compensation structure (which is rather complicated!). Helped to understand what was needed and tools available to succeed.

The entire hiring process took about three weeks and involved five rounds: an initial telephonic screening, an HR round, a one-hour technical interview, a discussion with the Managing Partner, and finally, a follow-up interview with the Hiring Manager
