I had an on-campus interview. The interview was 20 minutes. It was easy. Why actuary, walk through resume and behavioral questions. No technical questions. Put emphasis on excel/ software skills. Questions being asked: tell me a time when you had a conflict with a teammate.

I first did an interview which was for screening and then I did another four sets of interview. The interview went great in general. It was conducted on Zoom due to Covid.

It was fast and i heard back within a week after each stage. One 30 min phone interview and 3 hours final round. Some interviewers are very chill and some try to dig into every detail of your answers. A lot of technical questions and some behavioral as well.
