You take an online test to determine your character and potential for success. You are then interviewed by a "Partner" who you will report to directly once "contracted."
Continuous training is done for literally, three years; during this time you are labeled "new org;" after three you are considered "established."
You will work...hard, but you can make a living. As residuals are garnered you can ultimately have money posting to your "ledger" monthly, without you literally, doing nothing (percentages from prior sales).

Extensive vetting. Requires you to become licensed for life insurance, after which point you'd have follow up interviews before ultimately moving forward. You need recommendations, and you'll have to conduct some introductory surveys with people who are supportive of you, and these surveys will actually benefit you down the road as you start your career.
The interview process was straightforward and comfortable. The questions were clear, allowing me to express my thoughts easily. Overall, it felt supportive and friendly, making it an enjoyable experience. Thank you!
