met the area manager in a coffee shop for a chat. Very informal and easy going to the point I felt like I was interviewing him! He asked afew questions and told me about the role, when I have him my back ground he asked afew questions. We talked about his background and how he had to into the company as he was fairly new. Overall it didn't feel very organised. He was nice enough but I wasn't overly keen.

first they emailed me to say i was successful and then they phoned me and done a telephone interview and then we spoke for half an hour. afterwards she told me to come to the shop to have a face to face interview and so a week later thats what i done. she was really friendly and bubbly we got on well. the interview was a group panel thing they done a background test and IQ test and also a skills test and then a drugs test
