I was contacted cold by a Netflix recruiter. I had a phone interview with the recruiter, and then a video interview with the same recruiter about 3 weeks later. Was brought in for an in-person interview with one member of the PR team and the recruiter about a week after the video interview. The team member seemed disinterested in being in the interview from the moment they walked into the room, and seemed irritated anytime I tried to elaborate on an answer to one of their questions. That interview lasted 10 minutes at most; no further interviews took place, and no offer was extended.
