What made me continue was 1) the quality of folks, true experts with genuine interest in what they do 2) folks seems to avoid prestige and fairly relaxed There was no bring home case that required presentation or similar, just standard information on topics / type of interview to expect with each person. Expect a lot around culture and behavioural in general. Mostly on VC but had two interviews in office. The office and vibe was amazing, couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend it if you’re up for a challenge and want to give a shot at working with true high performers.
