Long interview process, very thorough and comprehensive. They want to know you and you to know them. Appreciated the openness and the amount of information provided. The only issue was that I was very close to my due date and the interviews kept dragging in date. Doing thorough interviews when you're 9 months pregnant can be a little bit challenging.
