J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Netflix
Entretien
I had a phone interview scheduled. I thought it would be at least 30 minutes but it was only 15 minutes. The recruiter just asked me a few basic questions, nothing difficult, but also nothing that would really aid in getting to know me very well. They wouldn't tell me what position I was exactly interviewing for, so how am I supposed to know if I'm even interested in it? All the secrecy is a bit unnecessary. I have more than enough experience to work at the level of which I was applying, if not too much, which I guess is a bad thing. After reading all the negative reviews on here regarding Netflix though, I think it worked out for the best.

Question 1
What was the most challenging task you've ever faced?
Very chill and easy. It was a polite chat about the job and the culture at netflix, especially given that the DC office is a bit newer. Very much just a conversation generally rather than pointed interview!

Friendly, Welcoming, and Streamlined Process
Everyone I interacted with at Netflix was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. From the start, the process was made as smooth and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and genuine support at every step. It felt collaborative rather than intimidating, and I appreciated the transparency and respect shown throughout. Overall, it was a very positive experience that reflects the company’s strong culture and values.
Talked to the recruiter and then hiring manager within HR. Was then asked to submit script coverage. Then met with direct supervisor as well as another high up exec in the department. Overall experience took around one month.
