Brief 1st round HR interview. Asked about experience & thoughts on company culture. A lot of specifics about how experience aligned with job description. A little bit like they were trying to make you nervous, but were impressed when you stuck to your answers.

Had 3 interviews, a phone screening, video call and a series of in person meetings with different members of the team all in one day. They asked general behavioral and situational questions, while also some specific Netflix and job related ones.

The interview process was difficult. She asked a lot of questions about Netflix's culture. She told me over 1800 applicants had applied and they only had availability for 7. It was highly competitive.
